About LINC
LINC is a nonprofit organization based in Lehigh Valley, PA. Since its inception, LINC has partnered with more than 60 organizations in Pennsylvania to assist with talent attraction and retention, helping more than 1,500 people relocate to the Lehigh Valley, PA, and surrounding areas with one-of-a-kind talent programs.

Katelyn P. Mack
Katelyn recently returned to the Lehigh Valley after spending more than ten years helping nonprofit organizations make a measurable impact on issues ranging from education to community development. As a LINC client, she has experienced the value of its services first-hand. As a nonprofit executive, board member, and management consultant she brings core expertise in using data to learn and drive improvements.
Under her executive leadership at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula in Menlo Park, CA, she led technology improvements and culture building that strengthened the organization’s ability reach more students and deepen the organization’s impact. Prior to joining the Boys & Girls Club, Katelyn worked with a variety of philanthropic institutions, including the Ford Foundation, The California Endowment, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, various public-school districts, and others to achieve their goals.
Katelyn believes that inclusion, curiosity, and learning are critical drivers of success. In her work, she seeks opportunities to elevate underrepresented voices to catalyze change and achieve organizational objectives. She is passionate about engaging employers and employees to promote inclusive workplaces.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Katelyn is an active volunteer and community member, participating in college success programming and serving on boards of organizations supporting youths at risk of dropping out of high school. She is a granddaughter of a Cuban immigrant and also has deep roots in the Lehigh Valley. Residing in Saucon Valley with her husband and two children, she can be found exploring new trails on foot or bike with her family.
Katelyn holds a Master’s degree from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health where she led communications and technology initiatives, and a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.

She is a graduate of Penn State University and a lifelong Lehigh Valley resident. In addition to spending time with her husband and two school-aged children, Elisa enjoys watching sports of all kinds, including both of her children’s soccer matches. She is an avid Penn State and Boston Bruins fan. Elisa is also active in her church community, where she serves as a children’s ministry volunteer.

Krissi decided to move to the Lehigh Valley full-time in 2020 after years of visiting family and friends, and has come to appreciate the community and rich history of the region. They received their bachelor’s degree from University of California – Berkeley in social welfare and education prior to relocating to the Lehigh Valley. Krissi is passionate about community engagement and looks forward to opportunities to create greater networks of diverse talent in the Lehigh Valley. Krissi values community engagement and believes that community relationships are essential for professional success.

Terry Camilli spent over 15 years with Air Products as a marketing professional. Her broad experience working in a diverse multi-cultural employee and customer base equips her in her role as Client Services Manager. She highly values relationships and actively seeks to build those with partners, clients, and colleagues. Terry’s passion for marketing and people drives her to deliver business results while balancing a keen ability to listen and advise, with a kind, pleasant, nature.
As a Lehigh Valley resident for over 30 years, Terry’s knowledge and connections in the valley will enable her to support new hires and their families transitioning into the region. Her enthusiasm, tenacity, and can-do attitude create an environment that fosters integration and team collaboration. She loves having the opportunity to acclimate future LINC clients into our community.

Teri Ahmad
Teri Ahmad began her career with LINC as a Client Services Representative. Her business communication skills and talent for managing logistics and operations were quickly recognized and she was promoted to Client Transition Specialist. Teri then has lived in the Lehigh Valley for over 20 years and raised two children here. Currently she resides in Hellertown Pennsylvania with husband. Teri’s knowledge of the area, surrounding communities and local resources has been an asset in helping incoming talent transition smoothly and integrate into the Lehigh Valley. Prior to working for LINC, Teri was a well-known realtor and has long been connecting people to new opportunities and helping them to find homes and build lives in the Lehigh Valley. She is passionate about helping people relocate to the area and truly enjoys sharing her experiences and connecting her clients to community transition resources that will help them integrate into the community and learn more about the diverse culture of the Lehigh Valley.

Sue McDermott
Sue is a seasoned professional offering 30+ years of experience in Human Resources management, relationship building, coaching/mentoring, conflict resolution, staffing, and training. She specializes in assisting professionals and their families relocating and transitioning to the Lehigh Valley.
During her professional career, Sue’s family moved 16 times within the United States from the east coast to the west coast. With her personal experience, her goal is to give people the power and support to build ‘community’ to make their transition, both personally and professionally, a successful one.

Virginia Oskin
Virginia Oskin joined the LINC Client Transition Services team with over 20 years of experience leading and working with local non-profits. She moved to the Lehigh Valley in 1999 with a freshly minted Executive MBA and corporate marketing and project management experience. She credits her passion for non-profits with the warm welcome she received from the very first volunteer meeting she attended. Not one to sit still, she jumped into the volunteer scene which allowed her to leverage her business skills and have a sense of purpose by working with volunteer organizations while raising her family.
She values the opportunity to make a positive impact for her community and give back, setting a positive role model for her girls. She has held several leadership roles with area non-profits including United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, YWCA Bethlehem, the Auxiliary of St. Luke’s University Health Network, and the Northampton County Medical Society Alliance. This background will serve her well as she prepares to re-launch LINC’s Volunteer Ambassador Program. Managing volunteers who share her passion for the area to welcome newcomers is a perfect fit for Virginia’s talents and community connections. When not working or volunteering, Virginia likes to be outdoors golfing, playing tennis or pickleball and walking on the rail trail.
