Whether frolicking with family and friends or strolling hand-in-hand with a significant other, there’s something undeniably appealing about spending a day in the crisp autumn air, picking your own produce amidst a backdrop of brilliantly-colored leaves.

Maybe it’s the quaint wholesomeness of doing something city and suburb-dwellers never do, or maybe it’s the warm comfort of slowing down and taking a break from a fast-paced, modern life. We’ve compiled a list of the area’s pick-your-own farms so you can experience it for yourself.

The produce offered at the farms below vary from apples to peaches to pumpkins. The farms also vary in their pet policies, so make sure to check with the establishment before bringing a furry friend.
