Kristin Leayman is the Senior Manager of People Experiences at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. In this role, she leads companywide efforts to advance a more inclusive and diverse workplace. She also partners with the centers of excellence in Human Resources to ensure inclusion and diversity are embedded throughout the various programs.
Leayman has about ten years of experience encompassing most aspects of Human Resources including: Organizational Development, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and Diversity and Inclusion.
Previously, she worked at PPL Corporation as a Human Resources Specialist, where she led a Business Resource Group in addition to her role as an HR Business Partner. Prior to that, she worked in the manufacturing and insurance industries and held various leadership roles in Human Resources.
Leayman holds a bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from Penn State University, a master’s in business administration from DeSales University, and a PHR certification.
Leayman serves on a number of DEI committees, including the United Way Equity in Action (DEI), LINC D&I Advisory Council, Color Outside the Lines Committee, and Valley Youth House Board DEI Committee.
